We understand things happen — but please notify us if you can’t make it.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you are not home at the scheduled time without notice, it will count as a no-show.

After two no-shows, new bookings may require confirmation with management.
Rescheduling is free and easy — simply call, text, or email Shawn.montero@tgesolar.com.
